Sharing the beauty of our world

Growing at an elevation of 8,000 feet, a gnarled and weathered tree clings to a patch of land 2,000 feet above Crater Lake. Silhouetted against the cloud is a dragonfly…they were everywhere!

Sometimes the interesting photo hides in the trees overhead.

Catalpa trees display delicate blooms with ruffled edges and just a hint of color.

Arizona Sycamore trees appear to be dressed in springtime camouflage.

Late winter sun shines through bare trees, turning the creek banks a bright spring green.

The brilliant blue sky creates a contrasting backdrop for snow covered trees.

Growing alongside the trail, this tree bears the unfortunate scars of numerous passersby.

A dusting of snow across the valley signals the approach of winter.
