The Way of St. Francis is a walking Pilgrimage that begins in Florence and follows the footsteps of St. Francis of Assisi through Tuscany, the Umbrian mountains and into Rome. So far, it’s been a spectacular walk.
The sheer beauty of this scene along the Camino de Santiago momentarily stopped my husband in his tracks.
Walking this ancient Pilgrimage sometimes felt like a trip back through time.
This Highland Cow struck such a model pose that it left me wondering if they are trained to do so…or was I just lucky?
